    Details:

    Thank you for choosing to attend the 2026 Annual Assembly of Hospice and Palliative Care, March 4-7, 2026, in San Diego, CA at the San Diego Convention Center.

    The 2026 Annual Assembly will be an in-person experience, with on-demand access of available session recordings through June 8, 2026.  The 2026 Annual Assembly is planned to offer the following accredited continuing education awards to include: 

    • Preconference workshops March 4, 2026, up to 7.5 CE hours 
    • In-Person conference from March 5-7, 2026, up to 13.5 CE hours 
    • >45 CE hours in virtual on-demand session pre-recorded content*

    *The number of accredited continuing education credit hours is subject to change upon presenter availability and submitted session pre-recordings for on-demand participation. 

    Accreditation and Disclosure Information

    This continuing education activity is planned and reviewed in accordance with the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education.

    • The planners and reviewers of this activity have disclosed no relevant financial relationships with ineligible companies.
    • All faculty disclosures will be reviewed, mitigated, and transparently disclosed prior to the event.

    Registration Options

    Physician – person qualified to practice medicine. 

    HPNA Nurse Member/Trainee – current member of HPNA. 

    Nurse – current registered nurse not a member of AAHPM or HPNA. 

    Interprofessional Member – non-physician and non-nurse healthcare professionals who are members of AAHPM, HPNA, SPPCP, or SWHPN (e.g. researchers, chaplains, social workers, pharmacists, physician associates (PA), child life specialists, etc.) 

    Interprofessional Nonmember – non-physician and non-nurse healthcare professionals who are not members of AAHPM, HPNA, SPPCP, or SWHPN (e.g. researchers, chaplains, social workers, pharmacists, physician associates (PA), child life specialists, etc.)  

    Professional in Training (Fellow) – person enrolled in a full-time fellowship program; documentation must be provided from the dean of the current program - email your documentation to info@aahpm.org once your registration is submitted. 

    Resident/Trainee – documentation must be provided by the dean of the current program - email your documentation to info@aahpm.org once your registration is submitted. 

    Guest – guest passes are available when accompanying a full registration for $100 each and include entrance to the exhibit hall, reception, and morning breaks. 

    Please note that prices are set to increase after Tuesday, January 6, 2026.

    Online registration for stand-alone preconference workshops is not available for those choosing to attend a pre-conference workshop and not attend Annual Assembly. If you would like to register for a preconference workshop only, please contact our office at 847.375.4712 or info@aahpm.org.
