    Very good content but ..way too expensive. ..strange size, as if you're trying to make it look bigger to make it worthy of the cost. Would appreciate a smaller book with smaller font size, something akin to the American Pain Society's Principles of Analgesic Use. ..glad you're moving away from the term UNIPAK--don't know what that's supposed to mean
